Autonomous agent setup

1. Read llms.txt, OpenAPI, A2A Agent Card, and MCP tools.
2. Run POST /api/readiness/scan for the target company URL.
3. Inspect action catalog, scopes, and pricing.
4. Create checkout only after the customer approves payment authority.
5. Use webhook-backed entitlements and verification artifacts before treating setup as complete.
